Stephen Roscoe has decided to step down from his role as Technical Director, as part of a phased reduction in his workload ahead of retirement.  He has agreed to stay on the O.C.O Board in a non-executive director capacity, with the changes taking effect from 1 June 2022.

Stephen joined the O.C.O Board in 2011 and has worked alongside Steve Greig and the leadership team to grow the business into the successful world leader it is today.  Stephen comments “Working in O.C.O has been a stimulating and rewarding experience and I take great pride in being part of the team that has achieved so much.  We have faced many challenges but have built a unique and pioneering business with huge potential for further growth in the UK and worldwide.  Whilst I am handing on my day-to-day responsibilities, I am looking forward to my new role which will focus on the strategic direction for carbon credits and overseas development”.

O.C.O Managing Director, Steve Greig says “Stephen has been instrumental in providing his technical and business acumen to support our growth and developing the business into what it is today. It has been both an honour and a pleasure to have worked with Stephen over the years.  It is a credit to the business that we have built such a strong team to support this move. I look forward to Stephen’s continued contribution in his new role going forward.”

The recent recruitment drive in O.C.O has allowed Stephen to delegate his responsibilities to colleagues in the senior leadership team, with the transition now well underway.  Stephen will retain his existing O.C.O contact details.  His role in Grundon remains unchanged.
