Andrew Short joins the O.C.O team

O.C.O Technology Ltd are pleased to announce that Andrew Short has joined our team as Property and Project Manager.Andrew is a Chartered Minerals Surveyor and brings with him some 30 years’ experience in the waste and minerals sector.

He has previously been Estates Director for Grundon Waste Management and so is uniquely placed in having an existing knowledge of our Company and process.  For the past four years he has been working as a consultant to O.C.O.  and the natural step was for Andrew to permanently join the team.  Andrew has also worked overseas, essential experience as O.C.O continues to receive worldwide interest in our business.

Andrew has been involved in several large infrastructure projects including hazardous waste sites, Energy from Waste, major housing developments and large mineral operations advising the country’s leading companies.   He understands the regulatory processes needed for the Company to expand.  He has also been involved in the acquisition of a number of significant assets, and originally identified our Avonmouth site.

Andrew says “This is a perfect time to join an exciting and dynamic Company, with the obvious environmental credentials I have been striving to be part of.  I am excited to be able to help develop the Company further through site section, gaining the relevant approvals and helping to achieve the long-term goals of the Company.”
